Your data, in plain words.

This policy explains what personal data Toran Digital (“Toran”, “we”) collects through torandigital.com, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@torandigital.com.

Who we are

Toran is a digital marketing studio for real estate, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. For this website, we decide why and how your personal data is used.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and — if you choose to give them — your email, company or project, the kind of business you run, your project’s registration status, the package and services you are interested in, your ad budget and your message.
• How you found us: if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, we note the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source or a Google or Meta click ID), the first page you landed on, the website that referred you, and the date of your first visit. This is kept in your browser and sent only if you submit the form.
• Analytics, only if you allow it: pages visited, the device and browser used and an approximate location, through Google Analytics.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, understand your project and send you a proposal.
• To learn which channels bring us enquiries, so we spend our own marketing budget well.
• To keep the website secure and fix problems.

We process your enquiry because you consent to it when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to builders, brokers or anyone else without your permission. We use service providers who process data for us, under our instructions: our website host (Vercel), Google (for our lead sheet, email and, if you allow it, Google Analytics) and our email delivery provider. Some of these providers may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client — in which case your contract applies. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email hello@torandigital.com with the subject “Privacy request”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and browser storage

• Google Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Allow” on the cookie notice. Ad cookies are never set.
• toran-consent (browser storage) remembers your cookie choice.
• toran-attribution (browser storage) remembers how you first arrived, for up to 90 days, as described above.

Our fonts are hosted on this website, so loading a page does not contact any font service.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and enquiries go straight from our server to our lead sheet and inbox. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
